WHY IT IS IMPORTANT TO EAT RIGHT

Eating right means eating healthy foods, at the right time and right amount of foods. By eating right, your body will stay in a healthy position. In contrast, if you are not eating right you will develop a bad condition called "Malnutrition". Malnutrition can happen when you are not eating enough foods of any kind or of a certain kind of foods or eating too much of foods (leading to obesity). It is more common and dangerous in children, women (esp.pregnancy, breast feeding mother), and elderly persons. A malnourished child does not grow well both physically and mentally. He generally is thinner and shorter than the other child, and mental retardation. While a malnourished adult seems to develop frequent infection because his immunity is not working properly.
